8 years agoGreat selection of books, vinyle records, comic/ manga, travel guides, toys and even a Starbucks. The store workers are very, very friendly and are very willing and able to help you find any book your after. They even have a kids only area where that dedicated only to kids books, toys, crafts and everything else. They even have story time for the kids at certain hours of the day.

6 years agoLove this store. They have so many options to choose from such as books, music, toys, magazines, and a bunch of miscellaneous stuff. There's also a Starbucks in there with great staff and quick service and great food and drinks. They also have a kids section that is great and they host alot of different shows there for the kids and they do alot of fun kid activities. The staff at Barnes and Noble are so friendly and very helpful. I also love that they have the sitting area with tables in the store so you can sit and read as long as you want. They also have free WiFi so you can bring your laptop and do any work or whatever you need to do in the sitting area. Great place 👍😊

7 years agoWhen it seems like the days of the bookstore is limited, Barnes & Noble is out there trying. Customer service is and could be their saving Grace in this age of online shopping. Sure there are still those out there who are DieHard page-turners that are made of paper instead of digits and that certainly does help. The cafe, the service and a nice atmosphere makes it a pleasant place to enjoy you're reading and quiet time away from the hustle and bustle. You still have an opportunity to educate yourself, broaden your horizons, and if you eat enough of their delicious cookies and sweet treats to broaden your waistline as well. All good things if it makes your life better. I wish Barnes & Noble well. I think the manager of this store is one smart cookie and understands what it means to provide good customer service. She seems to be everywhere, and almost always with a smile. Keep up the good work! Thank you for helping me with the new 10.1 in Nook. Glad to see Barnes & Noble back in the game.

7 years agoHad help 2 seconds of walking in. I got the book and sat on a recliner. Read a little amd drank coffee and then bought the book. Nice comfortable place. Plus my 1 year old had the whole section to walk around with no problem.

8 years agoEndless entertainment here. Sometimes I just come here and browse for an hour or two. They have a great kids section too, a reading area and toys to play with. Books are organized neatly, public restroom, there's a coffee shop in-store, and a magazine section too. I like there neat trinkets and toys too, they have pop figures, trendy desktop toys, and they have a really great bargain section. I would recommend stopping in and killing some time looking through the books.

8 years agoI love this Barnes and Noble, very therapeutic. The staff were super nice to my 17 month old when I took her there last Saturday. They're also very attentive. I definitely plan to add going there to my summer routine.

5 years agoThe store is very organized and has a great layout. There is a HUGE gifts section which is nice in case you are shopping for someone else or for the holidays. They also have a great selection in their discounted section and book prices seem to have decreased over the past 2-3 years. I made a purchase of $170 and with their special today was able to sign up for the annual membership for $25 and still save an additional $10 on my total. Parking is easy and the care inside is comfortable and cozy. I'll definitely be returning to this Barnes and Noble location. There is also a Stop & Shop in the plaza which helps with running errands...

6 years agoCynthia is absolutely the perfect girl for this job! This day in particular I was looking for books written in poetry form and she not only found the top sellers but specifically the authors of my choice in which she was not told but zoned in on the details I gave her and came back with all the best! I’m forever a Barnes & Noble Loyalty Customer! Millbury, MA is especially my favorite!
